ASSOCIATE EXECUTIVE DIRECTOR
1- Permanent Full-time,
Fort William First Nation

Under the direction of the Executive Director (ED) and working in close collaboration with the Executive Director, the Board of Directors and the Senior Leadership team the Associate Executive Director is accountable for achieving the organizational transformation outcomes including strategy formulation, strategic plan execution and outcome-based measurement of strategy.

Qualifications and Requirements: Graduate Degree in Social Work, Health Care or Psychology and/or Business Administration is preferred. A combination of an undergraduate degree with a minimum of seven years Senior Management experience will be considered.

Must have: A satisfactory Criminal Records Search; the ability to work flexible hours; travel regularly; a valid Class “G” Driver’s License; access to a reliable, personal vehicle; and $1,000,000 liability vehicle insurance.
